The apartment at Apartamentos Reforma was absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor and all the amenities I could ask for. The night manager went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel's location, it was close to everywhere we wanted to go. There were many restaurants and cafes just half a block away, and a multilevel shopping center two blocks away. The staff was always courteous and helpful, providing us with information as needed. The hotel and our apartment were kept very clean, and the facilities were great.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, with multiple shopping centers, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Guests can enjoy private dining in a clean restaurant with a small bar, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Suites come with a complete kitchen, comfortable bedding and spacious bathrooms, making it a great value for those looking for extended stays.
One guard was reported to be rude with guests in training.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. the location of the hotel is great, with many restaurants and a shopping center nearby. the room was spacious and had a small kitchenette, perfect for travelers who want to cook their own food.
The hotel lacked basic amenities such as complimentary water bottles. It was a hassle to find a store open late at night to buy water.

The apartment had a great location, being close to many attractions and restaurants. , the staff was friendly and helpful. They offered breakfast included in the room rate, which was a nice convenience.
